750ml crowler. Filled on 6/13/19. Described as with whole cone Chinook hops.
Murky, pale gold colored body. One finger of white head, which settles to a thin cap. Leaves behind some trailings of lacing.
Aroma of pine resin and background grapefruit.
Spicy taste of pine resin, and a mild grapefruit bitterness.
More than medium mouth feel. Somewhat smooth texture, but has some hop burn on the tongue and back of the throat. Very good carbonation.
Easy to quaff even with the closing mild bitterness. Enjoyable mouth feel. Does not have a complex set of flavors but has a combined pine resin and grapefruit bitterness.
