A west coast style IPA
Opaque golden orange pour with a half inch of creamy persistent sticky foam. Looks inviting.
Smells of light citrus and unripe papaya.
Taste is citrus and melon peel along with subtle undertones of onion/garlic that doesn’t go great with the bitterness. Mouthfeel is creamy.
Junkyard brews some good stuff but I’m not as impressed by the flavors in this one.
