Pours an intriguing mauve-ruby with a trace of lingering foam around the edges. Lemons on the nose faint vanilla. Smells tart. Taste is a layered interplay of lemons and tart cherries with an nutty earthiness that’s really nice with the zesty citrus notes. Vanilla is subtle adding a nuanced flavor that lingers with the citrus zest. Tart and clean with a good carb zip.
Overall has interesting complexity moderately tart and finishes dry.
