Poured orange and hazy kicking up a 1” froth into a tulip glass.
Smells of coconut, strawberry syrup, pineapple syrup from the squeeze bottle like you’d pour over ice cream.
Taste was a coconut blast but with an unmistakable burnt/toasted tone that was right in your face. As per the label- strawberry and pineapple flavors were present but subtle by comparison. Underlying astringency was notes per the sour style, took a backseat to the coconut.
As I sipped this one the coconut presence grew and grew. I enjoy coconut flavor so I stuck with it for a bit. Eventually I decided to mix the remaining half a crowler with Tropicana pure premium orange juice 50/50 and ended up with quite a tasty cocktail of sorts. Much better with the citrus addition.
The coconut was over the top but your mileage may vary. I enjoyed the experiment.
