L-Hazy yellow/gold color

S-Limes, oranges, tangerines and grapefruit

T-A nice blend of the aforementioned hops...very tasty...

F-Not too sweet and rich like some hazy ipa's out there....definitely in that style but cleaner and easier drinking.

O-Everything about this is top notch...single hopped with citrus and sometimes I get some catty notes from citra in some beers but this has none of that...just pure juicy citrus fruit flavors...

From a tall boy, canned 6 days ago, into a tulip: Dense and dull yellow/orange and chalky haze, surprisingly good lacing. Nose is nice: zesty citrus rind, bright juicy grapefruit and orange, some floral notes, maybe just a little sweet pineapple. On the tongue, it follows the nose but is dry and tart more than sweet and juicy. Nice gentle bitterness. Good!

A Tavour Treat. Pours a hazy yellow color with a foamy white head that lasts quite a while. Aroma is grapefuit and citrus. Taste is tangy, sweet grapefuit with a hint of hoppy bitterness.

Appearance: Pours a mostly hazy (25% clarity), light and pale yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 4-6. (4.00)

Aroma: Moderate aromas of orange and lemon citrus, pineapple some citrus flower and bright navel orange. (

Flavor: Moderate flavors of orange citrus, lemon citrus, citrus rind and flower. Some sweet pineapple and orange juice. Very citrus, orange, and bright orange from navel oranges. Relatively dry, mildly tart from the citrus flavor.

Feel: Lighter bodied, strong carbonation and finishes fairly clean. A bitr of citrus rind astringency.

Compared to Junkyard Werewolves and Luncheon 9/22/22: Pours a lighter color, milder aromas. More citrus and citrus rind. Brighter with more OJ. Less tropical and pineapple sweetness. Cleaner and dryer. Winner Werewolves at Luncheon.

Overall: A pretty good Citra NEIPA here. Bright, clean, and relatively light. Slightly tart. Just tons of bright citrus. Nothing too exciting, but for what it is it drinks well. Lighter, cleaner, but nice. (Rating: 3.84+)

16oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left sudsy sheets of lace on the glass. It smelled of melon, grapefruit, orange and caramel sweetness. Sweet tropical fruit taste with toasted caramel and a sharp bitterness.

16oz can, dated

Pours up supa' hazy and with a sizeable head, no chunks. Smell is all that stanky citra goodness but with an unpleasant metallic edge. Taste is overbearingly sweet along with the usual citra dank, grass, and citrus. Should be more drinkable at this ABV...

I wanted more out of this, but it's still undeniably good

Cloudy as can be, bright yellow, slim head.

In the nose: Nothing but pure sunshine. Bold citrus notes, orange and grapefruit and lemon.

In the mouth: Bright and lively from the word "go." Brisk, crisp, and bouncing with hops. Juicy enough for anyone's palate. Citrus explosion, with a pinch of pineapple, a glint of guava. Medium bodied, and expertly drinkable.

Once again, I'm left wishing for more bitterness in this IPA, but I knew what I was getting when I bought it.
