A: The beer is rather hazy reddish yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of vanilla beans are present in the nose along with notes of strawberries and hints of strawberries.
T: The taste has light to moderate flavors of strawberries along with strong underlying notes of vanilla and contrasting hints of sourness and sweetness (from the lactose).
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I really enjoyed the combination of sweetness and sourness in this beer. It was nice to see the strawberry used in the ingredients as this isn't a common fruit used by brewers.
