A: The beer is nearly jet black in color - only traces of dark brownish red are visible near the edges of the glass. It poured with a short tan head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of chocolate and fudge are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell but has stronger flavors of fudge and dark chocolate. There is a light amount of bitterness and hints of alcohol.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very chocolatey and is like biting into a slice of chocolate cake (without the sweetness).
Serving type: can
