Canned 7/11/22 (6 weeks ago)
Appearance: Pours a completely hazy (less than 10% clarity) light orange to lemon color with a moderate white head. SRM of 6. (4.25)
Aroma: Moderate aromas of juicy orange, tangerine, and an underlying tropical berry aroma. Slightly resinous. (3.75)
Flavor: Moderate and juicy falvors of orange, tangerine, with a slightly tropical melon, but mostly resinous sweet, tropical blueberry flavor underneath. Finishes sweet. (4.25)
Feel: Heavier-bodied, average carbonation to match. Finishes sweet. (4.00)
Compared to Junkyard Quarter Pounder 8/23/22: Pours a lighter color. Milder aromas. More juicy tangerine, resinous berry notes. Less citrus peel, grapefruit, pineapple, passionfruit. Heavier and sweeter. (4.06)
Overall: A resinous NEIPA here. Orange and tangerine flavors that evolve into a resinous, sweet, and tropical blueberry flavor. Sweet, but not over-powering. Drinks nicely. (Rating: 4.06)
