This cake inspired sour contains 200 lbs. of fresh baked Angel Food Cake, sweet strawberries, whipped cream, and finished with a batch of slightly toasted almonds to accentuate all the fixings. The end result is a beautifully balanced sour with a creamy, smooth mouthfeel.

32oz crowler can. Fill date marked on can as '09/28/21'.
Murky looking body, with a color of strawberry lemon aid (pinkish yellow). Brief fizzy head. No lacing.
Aroma is very much like angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream on top, strawberry fruit, almond and sweet whipping cream.
Taste is a little tart, and the flavors include strawberry, vanilla, almond, and whipped cream. The sweetness comes in and tames the kettle sour tartness. Aftertaste includes some lemon, and the sweet strawberry and almond.
About medium mouth feel, with a slight bit of creaminess. Okay carbonation.
A brewing exercise that yields a beer that resembles fruited up angel food cake. Good to try, and the brewing is on target for its goal. Close to a pastry sour. Well hidden alcohol. One of those examples of how far beer has come.
