16 oz can canned 5/2/23 into a pint glass.
L: Pours medium hazed glossy yellow with a 1.5" soapy eggshell white head that has OK retention, light carbo bubbles, broken sudzy lacing. Some light sediment at bottom of glass upon final drink.
S: Citrus, pineapple, honeycomb, a hint of wild flower, light yeast.
T: Sweet light citrus, lemon bread, yeast, white bread, honey, light citrus zest, a hint of melon, wheat, light caramel, has a moderately sweet finish & linger while being gently rich.
F: Bright, soft, mildly juicy medium-bodied feel with a smooth middle and a medium-fast moderately drying finish.
O: Fruity, bready, lightly full succulent citrus, fairly juicy, big flavor for such a light-natured beer. Very easy drinking. It is excellent in its style.
