L-Deep copper/bronze color...good light white head..

S-Lightly fruity...apples, pears....Nice load of toffee like malts as well.

T-Mineral like maltiness similar to the impression I get from some German beers....light toffee...nuts...and light hints of fruits such as apples and pears..

F-Llight medium bodied...clean...smooth

O-Well made alt. Wish there were more beers like this being made these days.

light caramel malt scent along with some nut and hop, very faint but pleasant. taste is mildly sweet with the same trio of flavors - very beer-y undercut by sweet caramel malt, mildly bitter grassy hops, and faint nut lingering around. Smoove and sweet, tons of diacetyl if you're into that....

Pours a clear iced tea color with a tan head and nice lacing. Smell is hoppy,fruity and nutty. Taste has a floral hoppy start of citrus ,then notes of fruit a little darker, nuts,bread and caramel. Mouth is sweet and malty nutty and hoppy. Thought this was very good.
