Somewhat a Hybrid bock, a combo of old school American bock and a maibock
Caramel/bread malt base with some hops like a maibock.
Nice mouth feel: soft, a little creamy and malty.
A good beer

16oz can dated 02/15/22. This may very well be my favorite Junkyard Brewing beer. I have liked their lagers more than their IPAs, stouts, or gimmick beers. Very traditional and clean tasting bock. A joy to drink.

Pours a clear dark copper color with a khaki head . Smell has citrus dark fruits baked bread and malts . Taste follows the noise with apple and dates with some fig and citrus, baked bread and toffee. Mouth feel is sweet and malty .
