16 oz can canned 3/25/26 into a pokal.
L: Pours clear light yellow gold color with steady carbo, a thin white head that quickly goes to edge foam, loose scattered light lacing.
S: Light grains, a hint of yeast, distant fruits.
T: Potato bread dough, a suggestion of dill, pear, apple skin, yeast, a touch of honey, light zest and resin in the finish. Fruity & malty tastes are enhanced and are balanced.
F: Crisp medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a medium length very lightly dry finish.
O: Incredibly tasty. Quite clean drinking. Crisp, bready, fruity, and lightly dry. It has an orchard halo throughout the yeasty, bready malted body. Very crushable. It is excellent.

16oz can. Poured out a crystal clear, golden yellow color with a small, fizzy head of foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of grains, caramel and floral notes. Sweet toasted bread taste with caramel and a mild bitterness.

Appearance: Pours a completely clear, pale yellow color with a strong white head. SRM of 5. (3.75)

Aroma: Mild aromas of pale bread malt, yeast. Grainy. (3.50)

Flavor: Moderate flavors of lemon citrus, grains, pale bread malt on the end. Bready with a clean lemon citrus flavor. (4.00)

Feel: Medium-bodied, decent carbonation. lemony, clean. (3.75)

Compared to Off Color Tooth and Claw 3/2023: Pours lighter, milder aromas. More lemon citrus. Less soapy, buttery bread and bready yeast. Lighter and cleaner

Compared to Bahaus Wonderstuff 3/2023: More lemon citrus. Less bitter salt and bready yeast. Lighter and cleaner.

Compared to Wabasha Brewing Czechin In 10/2023: Pours lighter, milder head. Stronger aromas. More sweet lemon biscuit and bread. Less bright lemon citrus.

Overall: A decent Pils here. Lemon citrus is present with a clean grainy bread and yeast. Leans a little more dry-hopped and lighter in body toward a German than a Czech. Some work to do, but drinks nicely. (Rating: 3.77)
2023 update: This year they ramped it up with lots of Czech flavors. Tons of that buttery and biscuit flavors, probably some diacetyl. Seems like they were trying to make it like Urquell. Very enjoyable and authentic flavor. (Updated Rating: 3.96)

Bought a four pack, and enjoyed each one. A little more full bodied, a little less crisp, and a little less full and round noble hoppiness than the paradigms of the style, imo, but that's a high bar. This was still really nice, with some earthy, woody, and floral notes that I associate with Saaz, as well as some lemon notes that keep things lively, and a good fresh-baked bready malt backbone (though not very biscuity).

Pours a very clear lemon yellow color with little head or lacing. Smell is floral with citrus and pale malts . Taste has floral hops with grain ,malts and citrus . Mouth sweet not so crisp . An utter failure for the style .
