On tap at Junkyard. Dark brown color. Sweet but the bourbon cuts it nicely.
Maple, coffee, vanilla, fudge, and caramel for days. Immediately followed by oak and all the bourbon. Warming, but smooth and enjoyable. I definitely appreciate JY ba stouts how the barrel balances the pastry. This is well done. Yes, a bit sweet, but finishes with the heat.
