Just like our double barrel aged "King Size", this special batch of Midnight Spider was aged in two sets of freshly-dumped Willett bourbon barrels. After aging in the first set of Willett barrels, we transferred this beer to a new set of freshly-dumped Willett barrels so that it would pick up even more of that delicious bourbon flavor.
After aging in two sets of barrels, we conditioned this chocolaty treat on toasted walnuts and marshmallow fluff to give it all the flavors of rocky road ice cream!
