16 oz can canned 1/29/26 into a nonic pint glass.
L: Pours crystal clear light yellow color with a thin fizzy head that quickly recedes to nothing, low carbo, almost no lacing.
S: Grains, light maltings. Very simple and minimal.
T: Bread dough, light sweet malts, a touch of white grape, very clean tasting, a note of dill and distant herb, almost no aftertaste. Very clean.
F: Lightly brisk lightly bodied mouthfeel with a fast half-dry finish.
O: Crushable, light, tasty, very clean drinking. Cleaner than most South American beers I've had. It has a flavorful start and a quick finish. I hope this beer stays in rotation. It is very good in its style.
