16 oz can canned 12/4/25 into a barrel glass.
L: Pours black with a 1/4" tan head that recedes to edge foam, low carbo, essentially no lacing minus a few dots.
S: Chocolate, marshmallow, distant vanilla.
T: Chocolate, gently sweet, light char, a hint of raisin, marshmallow, faint vanilla, lightly sweet on the lips, there is bitterness from dark chocolate and darkly roasted caramelized malts.
F: Wet, medium bodied mouthfeel with a smooth center and a medium length very lightly dry finish. A bit like fresh, flat cola.
O: Fairly simple overall. Nothing extreme and I'm glad the addition of vanilla is on the lighter side. Very easy drinking. A crushable Stout that is mildly refreshing. Adjuncts are well-placed, tastes and body are well-suited.. It is very good in its style.
