A crisp, Scandinavian style Pilsner brewed with Freddy's Lefse.
Blending traditional Saaz hops with the pillowy fullness of lefse, it's as comforting as a family recipe and as refreshing as a Fjord breeze.

Pours clear golden yellow with a thick but short-lived white head, minimal lacing. Aroma is feint, cereal grain, and European hops. Flavor follows the nose, clean and crisp. Feel is light bodied and well carbonated. Overall, a nice beer, nothing fancy but an excellent thirst quencher.

16 oz can canned 12/16/25 into a pokal.
L: Pours a clear regular Pils color with a thin white head , steady large carbo bubbles, edge froth.
S: Pastry dough, a hint of pear, light caramelized malts.
T: Pastry dough, light pear, floury dough lingers, a hint of white grape.
F: Lightly brisk medium-light bodied mouthfeel with a medium length lightly dry finish.
O: Very easy drinking and satisfying. Holds its carbonation. A beer that can compliment many foods. Nothing complex and the beer fits squarely in the style. It is very good.
