Poured from a bottle at fridge temp. Pours a semi-transparent yellow with fluffy white head. Bubbles rising throughout. The nose is interesting. Notes of wheat and apple are there, but also a slight skunky bitterness. A bit of orange as well. The taste generally follows the nose. Crisp and refreshing honey, apple, orange, wheat, grass, and a slight bitterness. Good lager.

A worthy lager. Pretty straw color with a bit of a head and lacing. A bit going on with the nose and palate, and a pleasant finish. Nothing pretentious, just satisfying. Worth the effort to track down at Sparr.
