Served from a growler into a globed glass.
A- Poured a very hazy bright orange color with soapy bright white head that left some webbed lacing.
S- Pretty much no aroma, some light metallic and fruity notes.
T- Nice tart peach notes, belgian yeast, bubblegum, and clove. Great balance of juicy and tart fruity notes with spicy yeast character.
M- Medium to light bodied, refreshing, and prickly carbonation.
O- A very nice belgian ale with a great balance of tartness, refreshment, and spicy yeast character. Very mild for a self-described sour ale, but still a little fatiguing after a while. Not the best beer to get a growler of unless you have a lot of people to share with.
