Bottom of the bottle, so lots of dregs. Huge foamy head, extremely cloudy, muddy. Color of cafe au lait. Almost no aroma, faint wheat taste. Way too light, no zip

Appearance : Beautiful pineapple juice glow with sediment, and a fluffy rocky white head 2 fingers tall. It leaves lace behind as it recedes. Beautiful looking Witbier.
Smell : Lemongrass, lemon peels, wheat biscuit, slight clove and banana peel.
Taste : A little washed out, but easily drinkable. Some watery banana peel, spiced wheat, and a little bit of faint clove. All of this is pretty hard to detect.
Feel : Very quaffable while remaining relatively creamy. Pretty nice for a quick refreshing wit.
Overall : The taste leaves a lot to be desired as it's pretty washed out, but the feel easily flips that around into a crushable wit that goes nicely with food or probably on a hot day. Great for a "quick" wit.

Cloudy light gold with one finger of white five minute head.
Smell is bread white pepper hint of herbs.
Taste is similar to smell with a bit of lemon like tartness on the back of the tongue.
Mouthfeel is light and barely enough carbonation. It is not crisp but refreshing and finishes slightly tart.
Overall a nice Wit beer from a local brewer. If you like this style give this version a try.

12 oz can bought from Lifesource Natural Grocer in Salem OR $1.79 Pours a beautiful cloudy almost luminous yellow with just the right sized pure white creamy head. Nice wheat centric aromas..with some black pepper and coriander. Nice taste! Same as the aroma but getting the bubble gum and peach too. Mouthfeel is very nice..thin but not watery and easily gulped..also nicely salty in the end. I have to say this is an excellent wit beer..best i have had from an Oregon brewer.

The standard Witbiew with a pleasant tangy mouthfeel. Sparkly on the tongue. Pale golden with a thin mustache of foam in the Het Kapittel chalice.
Lemony note with a scratch of dark spice. Not a bad combination. Tangy and easy to drink. It even improves with some malty sweetness as it warms up. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at New Seasons Market in Portland.
