On tap @ Growler Guys, Meridian ID.
Pours a slightly hazy straw color with minimal head and lacing. Aromas lead with that Farmhouse quality; earth, straw, Belgian yeast...bready, cherry, and fruity. Taste follows but the cherry opens up more here and comes to the front more, which is good. Fairly balanced, to where the cherry notes don't overwhelm the light Saison character. The body is definitely on the lighter side of medium, but I wouldn't mind seeing a beer with this flavor profile and these adjuncts, but at around 5% abv. Could make for a great fruity, light summer Saison.

On tap. Light cherry aroma, hazy golden body with soft white head. Cherries dominate the taste, not overpowering, but enough to cover the normal saison taste. Kind of dry, kind of metallic.

Made with cherry peels, this is a nice, fruity saison that anyone can enjoy!
