Served from 22oz bottle.
Listed as a collaboration with DePlukker Hop Farm.
L- Thick, beige mousse head that is exceptionally well-retained. Good clarity. Golden color.
S- Lots of American hop and Belgian yeast aroma. Fruity esters, slight phenol. Yeast aroma dominates more and more with warming.
T- Very surprising tartness! Was not aware that this was brewed with bugs from either the bottle or the aroma, but there's some funk in the flavor. Tart cherry in the forefront with citrus hop supporting. Balanced finish.
F- Medium body, assertive carbonation.
O- A much more interesting beer than first impressions would suggest. Great balance of hops, Belgian yeast, and bugs. I would order this again.
