Clear amber-orange brew with an exuberance of foam in the tall Blanche de Chambly glass. Aromatic with lime peel, mango, and citrus. Wonderful fruity flavor with spiced peach and orange. Hops are reported to be Amarillo, Idaho 7, and Citra.
Moderately sweet and plenty malty, it makes a nice mouthful with the fruity hops. Not as bitter as many IPAs. This is my favorite of the spring crop of Northwest IPAs this year. From the 12 oz can purchased at Central Market in Shoreline.
