Grunt fill from Albertsons. Dark brown, some ruby hues where light sneaks in on the edge of the glass, small foamy head fades to ring . Aroma recalls chocolate, raisins, milk sugar. Taste is more chocolate, some roasty bitterness and more milk sugar, although it doesn't seem lacto at all. Not overly bitter, a bit tangy, and pretty mild for the ABV.

Big Benny's in every way seems to represent something more like an Imperial Irish Red Lager to me.
It is a clean red beer with a thin khaki head. Not much lace. Tons of caramel and toasted bread both in aroma and flavor, in a crisp lager like feel that the alcohol is well hidden. It is full of that flavor, but it is simple, bold, and refreshing. Cheers!
