On tap at the Promenade Beer & Wine Festival held in Downtown Long Beach in Long Beach, CA.
Pours a clear dark honey orange with a foamy bone head that settles to a wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots and streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and slight herbal hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus fruit and citrus zest flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a nice citrus forward hop presence all around.
