On-tap at High Cotton Brewing Company, Memphis, TN
A: The beer is faintly hazy light yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a narrow collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of bananas and wheat are present in the nose along with hints of clove.
T: The taste follows the smell and has lots of flavors of bananas with hints of cough syrup.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer starts off smelling OK but it seems like it could use a little more clove to mask the hints of cough syrup.
