Our take on this all-American style accentuates the CTZ hop blend, comprised of Columbus, Tomahawk, Zeus hops. The citrusy lupulin extracted, in tandem with other hops, give this beer a much sought resinous aroma, flavor, and bite that keeps us salivating.

On-tap at High Cotton Brewing Company, Memphis, TN
A: The beer is relatively clear light yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a wide collar of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of citrusy hops are present in the nose—oranges seem to stand out in particular.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of orange citrus along with a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is very orangey in both the smell and taste.

Beautiful IPA-not outrageously tropical-more solidly citric.
Plain, Straightforward taste-an unpretentious American-dare I say Tennessee IPA. I enjoy the High Cotton treatment of different styles. Mother’s milk.
