On-tap at High Cotton Brewing Company, Memphis, TN
A: The beer is clear reddish amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin ring of white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of raisins are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of raisins, notes of dates and hints of dark malts with subtle bits of sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly sticky on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer doesn't seem to be as fully in body compared to other beers in the style.
