Côté Sombre is a beer with a silky black body and long lasting foam. The three roasted malts give it intense flavors of coffee, bitter chocolate, plums and raisins. Enjoy it now or allow it to age in a cool dark place where it will continue to mature over the course of several years.

Well that's a big beer. It has the smell of a good RIS with candied tangerine alongside the big roasted malts. The taste is a lot more on the roasted notes and some berries notes. It tastes more like a big porter. The mouthfeel is thick and make the whole thing quite enjoyable. Good stuff but it may needs something more
