Our Presse-Framboise is a beer whose sour flavour is obtained by a lactic fermentation. The raspberry (fruit puree), added at the end of fermentation, remains dominant, on both the nose and the palate. It is a refreshing beer, tart and slightly bitter.

This sour ale puts the raspberry in the centre of the stage. Exquisite fruitiness with a natural tartness. The beer is balanced all along and very drinkable
