Our Presse-Abricot is a beer whose sour taste is obtained by a lactic fermentation. The apricot (fruit puree), added at the end of fermentation, remains dominant, on both the nose and the palate. It is a refreshing beer, tart and slightly bitter.

0 IBU and a lot of apricot purée.
Hazy yellow almost no head.
Amazing apricot on the nose. Very nice
