Azaka-Tonnerre is the voodoo god of thunder and also the namesake of the new hop variety, Azacca. This beer gets its dark chocolate character from a blend of roasted wheat and barley which marries with crisp bitterness from Simcoe hops and fruit aromas from Azacca hops added post-fermentation to create a beer as refreshing as a summer thunderstorm.
