We brewed this beer for the first time in March 2017, for the inauguration of the brewery in Saint-Denis, our big challenge. Throughout our experiments, we will offer you different versions of its recipe, varying the combinations of hops, but remaining faithful to the same selection of malts and keeping its bitterness.
