Copenhagen 6/9 2015. 33 cl bottle brought home from Hamburg by a good friend. Simple red label with the information about the beer in black letters and the logo of the brewery (a castle with three towers).
Pours clear golden yellow with a white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is sweet and malty with a prominent touch of fresh lemon and citrus. Pleasant but not particularly strong.
Medium strong carbonation and a watery palate. Lively texture.
Flavor is malty but nicely balanced. Clear notes of lemon.
Nice and crisp lager beer.
