Castello Di Udine S.p.A. "Hollebräu Hefe-Weissbier"
50 cl can coded "PD: 05/08/2025 10:51 ED05/08/2026"
Look: A very hazy golden body rests beneath a fluffy head of white foam.
Smell: Sweetish and wheaty malt with a distinct note of banana and some delicate clove-like phenolic spiciness.
Taste: As the aroma suggests it's sweetly malty with plenty of banana and a very minor bitterness level.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp.
Overall: Not one of the greatest hefeweissbiers but not bad either.

I tried this beer while on vacation in Rome. Poured from a 16.9 oz. can. Has a slightly hazy golden color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of bananas, cloves. Taste is the same as the aroma, a little less pronounced. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a refreshing and enjoyable beer.
