I got a can of this beer from my bestie from Charlotte NC whom got it from a beer of the month club mixed pack. It poured a hazy golden with white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had dank ripe tropical fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with tropical fruit peel presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Poured into a Odyssey shaker pint glass.
Look: Opaque light rusty orange colored body under a nice soapy tan head that recedes to a thick film with light lines of lacing.
Aroma: Light fruit notes such as apricot or peach with just a little bit of hoppy pine and white peppery spice.
Taste: Like the aroma, the fruit really comes out brightly followed by solid dry pine and a black tea leaf tangy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied and dry.
Overall: A solid pale ale here, prominent fruitiness.

This was a decent pale ale, but nothing too spectacular. Nice color, but not quite as flavorful as some other pales made around here. Not too hoppy, which was nice, but felt like it was missing a little something. More fruity than anything, I'd say. Not bad, not great.

Notes of savory, earthy hops, fresh cut grass, resin, muted citrus, and toasted malt form the aroma. Flavor is more pronounced citrus, with a lightly earthy finish and a fairly toasted malt backbone.
