Pours hazed golden amber with a lasting wispy head. Spotted lacing sticks.
The smell is of citrus - grapefruit and orange - with resin and some caramel.
The taste is of pine/resin and citrus blending with sweet caramel. Alcohol shows in the warm to hot finish.
It just about hits full bodied. Some residual sugars stick to tongue and lips. Alcohol warmth lingers, making it a sipper.
A strong unfiltered DIPA. Strong pine/resin and character with some citrus and plenty of caramel and booze about sums it up.
