A great looking English style ale with some Aussie Galaxy hops creating a very refreshing brew with some unique flavours.

This is a great deep golden colour with a clear look. The head is a low foamy white which is fine for the carbonation level. Sweet aromas come from within, not too forceful, more light whispers. The passion fruit, picked up from the Galaxy hops is present and adds a nice tartness to the aromas.
A bitter punch pulled by a honey nut flavour. Light tropical fruit flavours with a medium malt bready character. The bitterness hits on the tip first and then smooths out. The honey is there at the end and in the after taste and feels belonging. Medium body with a short dry finish.
This is deliciously refreshing, I can’t think of a time where it would not fit. Another great brew that I could easily have another…and another.
Cheers
