A clear, golden yellow beer with a huge stable mousse head. It stays on the entire glass.
Smell is mostly clove, not too much banana. Strange, could this be the absence of the yeast? It smells certainly less complex than it's hefe brother. The wheat adds a nice grainy taste and somewhat tart and spicy.
Taste is clove and little ripe banana flavors. In my opinion it misses the yeast taste, normally found in a Weizen. It misses the fruitiness and body becomes too thin. There is the wheat graintaste, which is spicy. Bitterness is absent. Drinkability is not great, the beer is dry and thin, thinner than the ussual.
