Bourbon barrel-aged quad with brett and herbs/nettles.
Dark brown with thin khaki lacing. Slightly tart with some brett in the nose. Minimal bourbon character and no herbal qualities. Beer suffers most from the near flat mouthfeel. Perhaps some more time in the bottle may help. Overall good intentions with places to improve.
