Had this brew on a recent visit to the taproom, and it was amazeballs as the kids say. The juniper it was aged with really added a pleasant contrast to the typical sweetness of a quad. Full-bodied without being heavy, it also hid it's ABV very well. It finished perhaps a just slightly on the sweet side of medium, but having another wouldn't have been an issue, if I had had time. A must try if you see it.

Nearly flat. Deep brown. Lactic sourness without any brett qualities. Seriously suffers from lack of carbonation, which unfortunately is not unique to this beer.
