12oz bottle poured into 16oz tulip. Poured a cloudy yellow color with about 1/2 inch of white head that had moderate retention and very light lacing.
A bold Brett scent hits the nose when you uncork the bottle. In the glass, there is solid grain, yeast spice, and Brett. Same on the tongue, with the spruce tips showing through a little. Very same on the tongue, but the Brett didn't dominate.Everything combined into an interesting total.
The body was on the light side of medium, with a dry finish. Drinkability was great, but whether you'd drink 2 in a row is a matter of personal taste. I would. Overall, another very interesting brew from Propolis. A must try if things like intrigue you.

A: Light fresh wood, slightly funky with soft biscuit malt aromas.
A: Dep gold color with an orange hue, cloudy, with a modest slightly rocky head that quickly forms a film across the glass.
T: Light citrus, moderately crisp with light pine and resin, and moderately light brett flavors of funk and tropical fruit with a dry finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Alright; the brett funk and tropical notes didn’t totally mesh with the pine and resin notes of the spruce-tips.
