Exceptionally rare quality. A very fuzzily fizzy beer. 7% abv
Saison funk dance. Felty carbonation dance of a lighter beer. Heavy, sweet, fruity, dryyyy, loamy, Leafy, moist quality.. really refreshing and tasty. The feel is light and full, tropical currents, quick moving, thick-bodied. Nimble and Ample. Deep rich harvest flavors. Light, skippy delivery. Gorgeous mahagoney haze to this 375ml masterpiece, whose head, if poured right, will flourish extendedly 2-3 hr+. 2018 production. These folks are just getting started it seems. Think of the finest wild belgian ales and farmhouses and zing them and fluff them with the freshest american inputs, creating what could be called an american saison.
Funk and satisfaction lies here in these bottles.
