Described as a "dry-hopped pale ale with wheat." Appearance is rather hazy and mouthfeel is a little slippery. Taste is dry with cereal. Aromatic in a subtle way with hay and a faint peachy nose. Flavors of apricot with the tangy edge.
Bubbly mouthfeel with a long but mild astringent aftertaste. This is quite elegant and very drinkable. I'm not so sure I like the raw wheat but it's a nice change from the juice and acidity concept. From the 16 oz can purchased at the brewery tap. Dated 05/28/21, just off the canning line.
