Complex, malt forward. Huge 10% ABV and 90 IBU (yes, 90!) but somehow no alcohol heat or hop bitterness. Malty but not cloying. Liquorice, biscuit, roasted coconut and caramel. Slick mouthfeel and full body. The packaging is humble, but Edge Brewing Project is the real deal. Best Aussie imp stout of 2017.
