.The aroma was dominated by malty and had hints of caramel. The hops hit you next and they are mild but nice. A very fresh green minty aroma that went well with the malt. This one hits the tongue slightly sweet and is followed by a mild smooth bitterness that fades quickly. The Bier finishes quickly and I found it to be a little thin. Not much lingering bitterness and actually is a little sweet on the end. I was surprised by how much more hop flavor came through as opposed to what was to be found in the aroma. The hops were crisp and minty. A nice Bier but doesnt rank when your talking about the little Tannen Zäpfle. This brewery brews another Pils called Pils-Krone. Ive got some and will put that up soon. On the website the push it as the Premium Pils from the two
