From a can at an after work party...
Poured with a 3cm head, which slowly settled, leaving decent lacing.
Smells of citrus and pines and dank
Flavours of citrus, dank and a mysterious sweet mid swallow hit, followed by decent bitterness.
Overall one of the better tinnies I've had on my visit down under.

Been to the Grifter brewery once before, pre covid, the last leg of an inner-west micro brewery tour with a friend. I was admittedly pretty drunk by that time, but thought their beers were pretty good:
Look: Hazy golden orange beer, thin white soapy head. Not completely filtered, a few spics and specs of yeast floating around in the beer. Looks pretty good.
Smell: Sweet orange, and mandarin notes from the beer, with a caramel like sweetness . Some light floral notes and white bread filtering through as well.
Taste: Strong orange flavour from the beer, sweet oranges, not bitter. Little bitterness. Very sweet maltiness. Aside from the orange and malt sweetness not a great deal going on,
Feel: medium-thick body, not chewy, but not thin either. Good session beer. Relatively refreshing.
Overall: Dunno, it's not bad, but was hoping for a bit more than an orange soda/soft drink aspect to this beer. It's above average, but not the greatest pale ale out there.
