L- Poured (at restaurant) into an old-school English 1/2pt mug. Very pale gold. CO2 seems to be swiftly killed by the glass having been through a dishwasher (ie rinse-aid residue).
S- Very feint, apple?
T- Dry, apple again, very much so. More like dry light cider than beer, or 1/2 light cider +1/2 light lager. Some hops build over time and I was getting that 'contemporary' hoppy/floral style right towards the bottom of the glass.
F- Crisp, moderately hopped, refreshing.
O- Blind tasted I'd guess very light cider or 1/2 light cider +1/2 light lager. Quite refreshing but lacking any distinct character. Very expensive for what it is.
