A bespoke lager especially brewed for the amazing Hawksmoor restaurants. Light, sessionable, crisp and refreshing. We brewed this to match perfectyly with grilled and BBq'd food to cleanse the pallet and refresh.

Mostly clear yellow appearance with a white foam head. Big smell of honey, euro macro yeast and faint grass. Taste adds hints of apple cider, grass is replaced by flowers, no real improvement or decrease. Feel is smooth with sweet resin, slight euro skunkiness, sweet macro malt carries the thin yeast
